Regional Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Business Development Lead to join our team and drive business growth through strategic relationship-building and sales execution. As a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in outside sales, ideally within the industrial equipment sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Your territory responsibilities should include states such as North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Virginia, where you will leverage your expertise in food processing, coating, conveyor systems, and packaging technologies to drive revenue growth. A strong educational background in engineering, combined with proficiency in AutoCAD and business software, is essential for this role. We estimate a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional factors.
