Job Overview

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing a deep understanding of LBS products and service offerings.
  • Hiring and onboarding new SDR team members.
  • Managing, coaching, and supporting the SDR team to ensure they are articulating our vision and achieving their targets.
  • Overseeing the usage of SDR team systems, including CRM and other sales execution tools.
  • Developing and refining metrics for success for assigned projects and programs.
