Vaco Phoenix is currently partnering with a faith-based nonprofit organization in Central Phoenix to identify a Senior Administrative Coordinator. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting while providing essential support to the CEO. This position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary of up to $90k annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a highly active calendar for the President and CEO, including scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, and drafting confidential correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication on behalf of the President and CEO with Board members and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the processing and submission of expense reports and corporate credit card reconciliations for the CEO.
  • Research and prioritize incoming issues addressed to the President, determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between the President's office and various internal departments, fostering credibility and trust.
  • Track and manage projects assigned by the CEO, including drafting reports and visual presentations.
  • Assist in the signing and authentication of organizational legal documents.
  • Coordinate with other executive assistants to provide additional support during peak periods.
  • Administer the annual budget and monitor regular expenses for the CEO's office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and analyze tasks while establishing priorities.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and senior management through various channels.
