About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
