Job Title: Business Development Manager II

Community Coffee Company is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our Coffee Service Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to retain and build existing key account relationships while securing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong working relationships with key customers to understand their needs and retain business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed customer and organizational goals.
  • Manage current and new customer relationships within organizational profitability guidelines.
  • Prospect, cold call, and make formal presentations to regional or major coffee service customers to gain or expand new business.
  • Oversee setup of new accounts and ongoing service through our Sales Execution and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to maintain relationships and business processes required to serve end customers.
  • Draft, analyze, and approve customer financial models.
  • Assist Brand and Commercialization Teams with market-wide and account-specific promotions and new items.
  • Meet with key customers to drive profitable growth, retention, or conduct business reviews.
  • Assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Represent the company at trade association events and major trade shows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of successful related sales experience, specifically with regional or large revenue accounts.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and CRM.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
