Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager

Citizens Trust Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
