Partner Development Manager

The Partner Development Manager at Slalom is responsible for growing our partner sales, strengthening our brand, and expanding our network with one partner or industry. This role requires close coordination with our partners' GTM structure and integration with global and local teams to unlock value from the channel and drive partner pipeline in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global partner-related GTM strategy.
- Serve as the key interface for navigating a partner, including their organization and programs.
- Integrate with the capability team to help define partner strategy.
- Maintain a comprehensive relationship map of the partner and foster trusted relationships with key partner contacts.
- Coordinate partner administration, including deal registration and references, with Activation Leads and Alliances Operations.
- Demonstrate expertise in funding programs, including referral fees and MDF, and manage funding requests.
- Facilitate regional and industry partner engagement and partner marketing strategy, including conferences, summits, and QBRs.
- Act as the Voice of the Partner for Slalom in partnership with marketing.
- Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
- Analyze and communicate trends in our business with managed partners and industries.
- Enable Slalom PSMs, Account Directors, and Sales on best practices in working with partners.
- Identify new sales channels with partners through unique programs, lines of business, and relationships.
- Coordinate and execute account planning.
- Develop strategies and identify channels to target during strategic partnership efforts.
- Create and implement optimization strategies to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience in sales, business development, or consulting services.
- Must have both sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer and partner-related discussions to advance the sales process.
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level within the partner ecosystem.
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, work independently, and manage complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Vast knowledge of the Slalom ecosystem, practice areas, competencies, offerings, and strategic vision.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Compensation and Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. We also offer a yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices for this position. The base salary pay range for this role is $104,000 to $198,000, and individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
