- Utilize office software accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of each shift, including night audit, to ensure seamless operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to accurately report information and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Attend required meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Ability to adjust to high-pressure conditions and remain open to change, demonstrating a growth mindset.
- Assume responsibility for personal growth and development, seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Relevant training and experience, as well as additional education, are preferred but not required.
- CPR and first aid training are preferred but can be obtained through the company.
