Front Desk Representative

Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent with Ava Hotels LLC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes checking-in and checking-out guests in a timely and professional manner, processing all payments according to established procedures, and responding to guest requests and issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience.
- Must speak fluent English, with other languages preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks that require frequent standing, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and using a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems.

- 8 hour shift, with day and night shifts available.
- Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays required.
