Overview:
This role is designed for a proactive, skilled, and enthusiastic professional who will spearhead projects related to financial and operational systems, particularly our NetSuite ERP.

Working collaboratively with internal finance teams, external consultants, and various departments, the individual will be tasked with comprehending requirements and converting them into actionable plans.

This position holds responsibility for the comprehensive development, execution, maintenance, and support of our primary ERP system.

Additionally, the role involves cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration with other software applications in use. The individual will strive to optimize the functionality of NetSuite and associated systems, ensuring all users receive the necessary training and knowledge to utilize the systems effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of business applications, including general system administration.
  • Prioritize support tickets and execute tasks independently.
  • Assist third-party service providers and IT colleagues in managing system configurations, collaborating with internal stakeholders on design and data migration decisions.
  • Stay informed about the functionalities, customizations, and integrations of business applications.
  • Develop, implement, and support detailed dashboards, searches, and operational reports to meet data needs across all team functions.
  • Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to align with business requirements, including overseeing User Acceptance Testing tasks.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate system permissions for all roles.
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to all system-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide frontline support for all users, focusing on NetSuite, data maintenance, and other business applications.
  • Act as the primary contact for NetSuite support and all third-party integration partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the ERP system design and functionality deliver value and efficiency to the organization.
  • Evaluate upgrades to assess their impact on processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Analyze complex issues and determine how NetSuite can be leveraged to address them.
  • Be available for on-call support as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of sandbox environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database, SQL Server, or other query languages is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a creative approach to challenges.

Education and Experience:

  • A college degree in a technical or business management field is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with NetSuite, including creating dashboards, custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language is beneficial.
