__ Join Our Team as a Senior Systems Integration Specialist

Overview: The Senior Systems Integration Specialist is pivotal in ensuring effective integration within our organization. This role provides essential support to the Government, facilitating smooth engineering operations across various departments and projects. If you are prepared to lead enterprise planning, address challenges, and collaborate directly with Government leaders, this position is ideal for you.

__ Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Government Office/Division Chiefs to evaluate, document, and monitor new engineering requirements.
  • Facilitate technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to keep both Government and Contractor teams updated on systems engineering and integration efforts.
  • Assist in Government resource planning, coordination, and analysis.
  • Coordinate project timelines to meet strategic goals.
  • Plan and oversee major systems engineering Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Support document preparation related to systems engineering and integration initiatives.
  • Oversee change management processes, ensuring resource alignment and skillset adjustments.
__ Requirements:
  • 18+ years of experience in engineering, design, and analysis of IT or related systems.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance issued by the US Government.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent expert-level work experience as a Senior Systems Integration Specialist.
  • Expertise in engineering, design, and analysis throughout all phases of development, with the capability to establish standards and guidelines.
  • Expert-level experience in government or industry, particularly in the DoD/IC Acquisition Process or PPBES.
__ Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, including processes, tools, and languages.
  • Certification in Software Development Framework.
  • Experience with integrating solutions utilizing Cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience with integrating solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data.
  • Proficiency in integrating solutions employing Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.
