Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their secure access to our systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activating and unblocking secure badges and access cards
- Activating, enabling, unlocking, and resynchronizing secure tokens
- Resetting secure token PINs
- Providing workarounds for missing or non-working secure badges and badge readers
- Providing instructions on the use of secure tokens
- Other miscellaneous support for secure badges, access cards, and secure tokens
Requirements:
- US citizenship or green card holder
- Comfortable completing credit checks to obtain clearance
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit onsite
Working Conditions:
This is a 100% on-site position in a secure environment. You will be working with sensitive information and must be comfortable with the level of security required.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16/hour, paid weekly on a W2. We are a dynamic and growing company, and we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
