Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative at Path-Arc will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries, and promoting a positive brand image. This role requires a strong ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively with customers, while also meeting and exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
    • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Meet or exceed performance targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
    • Continuously monitor and improve customer service metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
