Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into our database system.
- Assist with expediting orders and resolving shipping discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
