About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Supervisor to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our Support Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Support Services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of our clients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service or claims examining role, with a strong understanding of HIPAA and AB1455.
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a medical or institutional claims examining role, with a strong understanding of claims processing.
  • Experience with Access, Teleform, and IDX systems.
