  • Anticipate guest requests and requirements to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.
  • Research and coordinate arrangements for guests' special requests.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Monitor guest requests, follow up on requests, and check for satisfaction.
  • Work with vendors to provide additional services for guests.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Constant standing, walking, and running throughout shift.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, running.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramp.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a 4-Diamond rated hotel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
