Product Development and Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development and Sales Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Careers. This role will involve driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for our Mass Spectrometry solutions in Western North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of mass spectrometry workflows and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, territory strategies, and account development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, advancements, and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and customer value.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years' experience in technical sales, preferably in the life science research industry.
- Hands-on experience with mass spectrometry workflows via prior work experience and/or education.
- A competitive salary range estimated at $90,000.00–$120,000.00 based in Washington, USA.
