Service and Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a Service and Sales Technician Trainee to join our team at Auto-Chlor, a national leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions.
Job OverviewThis is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to learn and grow with our company. As a Service and Sales Technician Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting dish machine operations, and selling additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
- Sell additional products and services to customers, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Provide on-call emergency service to customers.
- Collect customer payments and ensure accounts are current.
- Deliver and pick-up chemicals as needed.
- Basketball sneakers build rapport with decision makers and resolve customer concerns.
- Train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to complete a background check and drug test post-offer.
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and safely drive a company vehicle.
- Lifting up to 70 pounds may be required.
- You may need to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
