Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Healthcare Executive to lead our Indian Health Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve healthcare services for American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare programs and services that meet the unique needs of American Indians and Alaska Natives.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with Tribal governments, Tribal organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement healthcare policies and programs.
  • Manage and oversee the operations of healthcare facilities and departments.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful healthcare programs and services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tribal governments and organizations.
  • Knowledge of Indian health policy and legislation.
  • Experience in healthcare management and operations.
