We are in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization.
Facility Overview: Vibra Hospital of SE Michigan - DMC Campus is a specialized 28-bed Critical Care Hospital dedicated to providing acute care services for patients recovering from severe illnesses or injuries.
Our patients often require advanced critical care for complex medical conditions, including trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular issues, strokes, amputations, and ventilator support.
As a smaller, focused facility, we provide a dynamic and supportive work environment where staff can develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, spearhead business development initiatives, manage staff effectively, and ensure strong financial performance. Balance daily operational challenges with strategic growth initiatives to secure the hospital's long-term success.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required. Equivalent combinations of academic, clinical, and operational experience may be considered.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration or management, with a focus on operations, human resources, and/or finance is required.
Familiarity with federal, state, CMS, and Joint Commission regulatory standards is essential. A proven history of financial success and exceptional clinical care is necessary.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop staff, as well as cultivate relationships within the medical community, is required.
A current, valid driver's license is mandatory.
Willingness to travel using available air and ground transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
Strong skills in business development and community relationship building are advantageous.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor is essential.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements is necessary.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills are required.
Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.
Proficiency in relevant computer and software applications is expected.
Commitment to a drug-free workplace is required.
