Human Resources Generalist / Talent Acquisition

Salary Range: $65,000 – $83,000

The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, which includes the recruitment and interviewing of personnel, managing compensation, benefits, and leave policies, as well as upholding company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal obligations and requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and technological advancements.
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll, manage 401k contributions, and maintain payroll records.
