Overview:

Your Role:
This position is essential for delivering top-tier support in managing parts inventory, guiding customers in part selection, and maintaining optimal stock levels to efficiently meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism.
2. Manage daily parts orders and coordinate drop shipments seamlessly.
3. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment for shipping and customer pickups.
4. Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming work environment.
5. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory.
6. Optimize transportation methods for parts shipments.
7. Operate forklifts for loading and unloading tasks.
8. Monitor and manage stock orders effectively.
9. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work culture.

Work Environment:
Our diverse work setting includes both climate-controlled offices and active warehouses, promoting a dynamic atmosphere.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items over 50 lbs. Visual acuity is necessary for various tasks.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in parts management within heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and planning abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
