The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering technical support to clients, partners, field engineers, and other support personnel engaged in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving intricate issues related to computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless configurations. Essential Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology.
  • Completion or anticipated completion of the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA) by the designated deadline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of relevant Microsoft Technology Certifications.

Compensation Overview

The salary range for the Customer Support Specialist role across the U.S. typically falls between USD $64,800 and $130,100 annually. Certain locations may have different salary ranges.
