Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop operational strategies to enhance team capability and capacity to sell equipment.
  • Report on sales metrics and use lean tools to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement sales processes.
  • Analyze sales, customer feedback, and market data to effectively problem-solve and implement solution ideas.
  • Liaise with the Systems Account Management Team, Project Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure proper interdepartmental interactions and handoffs.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in a technical sales field, minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with analytics software, including Tableau and Alteryx, a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels of customer and internal teams.
  • Strong sales skills, coaching skills, and analytical skills.
