Program Coordinator for Electrophysiology Fellows

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Fellows, Emerging Leaders, and Societal Relations Team.
This role will focus on the coordination and management of our national educational and training programs, both on-site at our headquarters and off-site locations across the US.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the program manager and director to develop and execute meetings and events that align with the EP Fellows, Emerging Leaders, and Societal Programs strategy.
Responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of strategic meetings and events, recommending messages and tactics, and communicating proactively to all levels of management and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
Key qualifications include a strong project management background, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with physician customers and sales teams.
