Sales Performance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales professionals and driving revenue growth through the implementation of virtual selling tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a sales culture that drives elevated capture rates, revenue growth, and customer experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed annual quota targets.
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth through the implementation of virtual selling tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales results.
- Manage and Develop Team Members
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of inside sales professionals.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with virtual sales COE to ensure digital infrastructure is in place to meet the team's needs.
- Collaborate with sales operations and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field of study.
- Experience
- 5+ years' experience in capital equipment, service, marketing, sales, or inside sales.
- 3-5 years' experience leading a team of 3 or more diverse and inclusive people.
- Skills
- Strong objection handling skills and ability to train through role-playing.
- Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
