Overview

Position Summary

The Client Services Representative III is responsible for managing a substantial volume of incoming calls from our esteemed policyholders and producers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Support
  • Provide in-depth assistance regarding our insurance products
  • Ensure accurate and thorough internal documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assess customer needs, investigate issues, and offer effective solutions
  • Handle and resolve situations involving dissatisfied clients
  • Mentor and support junior Client Services Representatives, including training on daily tasks
  • Process intricate service requests
  • Calculate values such as cash values, premium adjustments, loan balances, and other related figures
Qualifications

Skills & Competencies
  • Proficient telephone communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to perform complex mathematical calculations manually
  • Ability to learn and apply tax regulations related to annuity and life policy changes
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Aptitude for working in a dynamic environment
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of experience in call center customer service
  • Experience in the insurance sector is preferred but not mandatory
Licenses & Certifications
  • No specific licenses required
  • Completion of LOMA insurance courses I and II is mandatory within the first year of employment
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • No supervisory duties
Work Environment
  • This role is conducted in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
  • Regular attendance is essential, with potential overtime during peak periods.
