Position Title: LoveShackFancy Sales and Client Service Specialist

Company Overview: Established in 2013, LoveShackFancy began with a hand-dyed halter dress designed by Rebecca Hessel Cohen for her bridal collection. What originated as a single piece to celebrate love has transformed into a brand that offers a range of romantic, whimsical, and uplifting products, including apparel, home decor, swimwear, accessories, and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all patrons, delivering courteous and informed service.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to style them in LoveShackFancy offerings, recommending items that suit their tastes and sizes.
  • Handle transactions by retrieving sizes from inventory, organizing fitting rooms, suggesting additional products, and processing online orders for out-of-stock items.
  • Ensure fitting rooms are clean and merchandise is promptly returned to the sales floor after each transaction.
  • Follow up with clients to thank them for their purchases and update them on new arrivals.

Visual Presentation:

  • Uphold visual presentation standards daily, including folding, arranging, and restocking merchandise.
  • Ensure all products are displayed on the sales floor in a variety of styles and sizes.
  • Assist with stock-related tasks such as receiving shipments, managing markdowns, and transfers.

Operational Duties:

  • Comply with POS procedures for accurate sales processing and client information capture.
  • Maintain an organized cash wrap area with necessary supplies.
  • Address client inquiries over the phone and during events both in-store and off-site.
  • Support event setup, breakdown, and overall organization.
