Job Summary

Always Best Care Senior Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Operations Manager and Owner, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Owner
  • Coordinate and perform multiple tasks with ease
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and vendors

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; experience in a healthcare or senior care setting a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
