Administrative Operations Coordinator

Parkland Health and Hospital System seeks a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the organization, coordination, and control of the administrative staff. This role is integral to the operations of the organization and requires a strong background in administrative roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks as needed
- Ensuring the back office functions are running smoothly and efficiently
- Providing excellent vocabulary skills and a demonstrated ability in English and grammar
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
