Overview:

The Technology Training Coordinator plays a vital role within our training division, focusing on the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring the successful implementation of educational initiatives. This position requires a thorough assessment of training requirements, effective scheduling, and collaboration with various teams to fulfill training goals and improve employee skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it remains operational, current, and user-friendly.
  • Evaluate training needs throughout the organization to create focused training programs that support business objectives.
  • Organize training timelines, optimizing resource use while minimizing impact on daily operations.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to develop pertinent training materials.
  • Assess and review the success of training programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve educational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between trainers and participants, ensuring clear expectations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Keep informed about the latest advancements in technology and training practices to continually enhance the training experience.
  • Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a Learning Management System in a corporate or legal context.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with the legal sector and its specific training needs is advantageous.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Moderate to advanced keyboard proficiency.
