As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical education and product training to healthcare providers and individuals with diabetes, driving product adoption and supporting persistent use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory planning and strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct clinical selling strategies within assigned accounts, assessing referrals for product use in people with diabetes and facilitating product education and training.
  • Drive healthcare provider adoption and confidence in Sequel products by promoting the clinical benefits of automated insulin delivery and conducting impactful product demonstrations.
  • Certify healthcare providers to conduct product training for people with diabetes and facilitate virtual product training and educational webinars.
  • Communicate user feedback cross-functionally to solve problems and improve product development, collaborating with customer care and sales support to optimize the user experience.
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating Sequel products, as well as expertise in diabetes and therapeutic options for diabetes care.
  • Participate in conventions, educational forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and maintain a high profile with state and local patient advocacy groups and professional diabetes organizations.
Requirements
  • A valid professional license in one or more of the following fields: RN, RD, PA, NP, Pharmacist.
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating and conducting diabetes education with strong experience in the technical use of diabetes technology preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification required for Senior CDS role.
  • 4+ years of clinical diabetes education experience.
  • Experience coordinating and conducting diabetes device education in the medical device industry preferred.
