  • Plan and facilitate impactful software training sessions for clients.
  • Utilize various computer systems and diagnostic tools to manage a wide range of operational tasks.
  • Keep supervisors informed about project statuses and any arising issues.
  • Contribute to the development of a technical knowledge base for common user challenges.
  • Create detailed project plans for each client, outlining tasks for timely software installation.
  • Tailor software systems to meet specific client needs, maintaining communication throughout the customization process for feedback and approval.
  • Guide clients in the installation of customized software systems and associated components.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and technology.
  • Experience in training or educational roles is advantageous.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Basic proficiency in Windows and familiarity with Google Workspace applications, CRM, and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new processes and software quickly.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Capacity to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring prompt responses and managing expectations.
  • Ability to maintain composure and seek solutions in high-pressure situations.
