About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Perfumery Department Manager at Thunderbolt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the perfumery department, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Management: Oversee the daily operations of the perfumery department, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including product knowledge, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including fragrances, skincare, and other related products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed training in retail or trade specialist.
  • Experience: First professional experience in retail.
  • Skills: Structured and independent way of working, organizational skills, and team spirit.
  • Availability: Time flexibility and willingness to work on Saturdays.
