Position Overview:

The Arizona Department of Correction, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive individual to assume the role of Executive Operations Assistant. This position is pivotal in delivering comprehensive support and technical expertise to the executives and administrative personnel within the Education Programs and Community Reentry (EPCR) Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the EPCR Division by managing a variety of tasks essential for project tracking and completion.
  • Conduct thorough research and draft professional correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize calendars, appointments, and confidential information.
  • Prepare statistical reports and generate time-sensitive documentation.
  • Assist the human resources liaison with various hiring processes.
  • Oversee the coordination of gate passes and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Engage in procurement activities, including purchasing and budget tracking.
  • Compile documents in response to public information requests and manage sensitive employee-related documentation.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
