Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for an innovative and digitally adept Junior Social Media Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding team. The successful candidate will take charge of our social media footprint, craft captivating content, and contribute to the enhancement of our online identity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and refresh social media profiles across various platforms.
  • Develop, schedule, and disseminate compelling content that resonates with our brand ethos and marketing objectives.
  • Track social media channels for emerging trends, audience engagement, and feedback.
  • Engage with comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Support the creation and implementation of social media initiatives and strategies.
  • Evaluate social media performance metrics and offer insights for enhancing engagement and outreach.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure unified messaging across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their target audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for producing engaging content.
  • Basic familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics software.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
