Your Profile

You are curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning how businesses function. You thrive on managing multiple projects simultaneously, enjoy experimenting with new ideas, and are invigorated by challenges. As a data-driven growth marketing expert, you have experience either in-house or at an agency managing diverse budgets. Your expertise lies in paid channels and performance measurement. You are comfortable discussing marketing strategies with clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Quickly evaluate, forecast, propose, and implement paid social initiatives and campaigns that generate e-commerce sales and leads for our clients.
  • Oversee the daily management of paid social campaigns.
  • Plan campaigns, set up creative briefs, ensure quality, conduct testing, measure/report results, and optimize across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Develop and manage paid social media strategies, monitor budgets and forecasts, assess and enhance campaign effectiveness, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Continuously formulate and test hypotheses and campaign variables to optimize advertising expenditure and enhance efficiency.
  • Create engaging social ad creatives and copy.
  • Assist in developing landing pages that drive conversions: ideation, structure, design elements, copy, optimization, and more.
  • Investigate trends and report on competitive market activities; stay updated with changes, trends, and innovative tactics in social media platforms; swiftly apply insights to campaigns.

Required Education & Experience

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • E-commerce experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience managing a variety of paid social campaign budgets.
  • Experience running ads directly on their native platforms.
  • Experience in owning and reporting on key performance indicators to clients such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social advertising campaign management and optimization techniques.
  • Experience conducting clean A/B creative and audience tests.

Required Software Proficiency

  • Meta/FB Business Manager and related tools (Ad Manager, Partner Manager, Events, Automated Rules, Data Sources, Campaign Planner, etc.).
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and advanced analysis and reporting functions.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Familiarity with G Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides.
  • Certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads Search, Google Analytics.

  • A knowledge or passion for the luxury furniture and design sector is a significant advantage.
