Purpose: This role entails significant responsibility and accountability in enhancing the paid social performance marketing efforts for our clients. The position involves reporting on campaign insights and opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and spearheading departmental initiatives while mentoring and guiding the broader social team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of strategic social initiatives for clients.
  • Collaborate across various paid social marketing management platforms.
  • Specifically engage with platforms such as Meta Business, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.
  • Design and implement social strategic initiatives within the aforementioned platforms.
  • Verify and execute campaigns, including management of paid social accounts and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring proper tracking of metrics, pacing, and budget adjustments.
  • Communicate results and recommendations across teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage directly with clients regarding campaign performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign effectiveness through A-B testing and innovative executions.
  • Develop and present comprehensive presentation decks for client meetings.
  • Work alongside vendor partners (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) to optimize campaigns and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Core Competencies:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing social campaigns.
  • Proficient in presenting information effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Adept at reading, comprehending, and drafting instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Experience in team management.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieving client goals and KPIs through digital performance campaigns.
  • Optimizing campaigns and translating results for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering strategic presentations outlining digital recommendations and anticipated outcomes.
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Advocating for peer and staff education and development.
