Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

At Option Care Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and payers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business healthcare sales leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in Business Administration
  • Experience selling strategic solutions to hospitals, health systems, and medical groups
  • Infusion/healthcare service experience in therapeutic areas such as anti-infective, nutrition, immunology/neurology, oncology, or transplant
