Territory Sales Manager

At Option Care Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and payers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business healthcare sales leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- MBA in Business Administration
- Experience selling strategic solutions to hospitals, health systems, and medical groups
- Infusion/healthcare service experience in therapeutic areas such as anti-infective, nutrition, immunology/neurology, oncology, or transplant
