Job Overview
In this role as an Office Coordinator - Print Services at Kinetic Personnel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our print services department. This includes managing printing projects, communicating with the Customer Service team and Production Manager, and implementing environmentally friendly practices and waste reduction techniques.

We are seeking an individual with 2-3 years of experience in print production or related roles who can ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Key responsibilities include managing and executing printing projects, troubleshooting production challenges, maintaining and troubleshooting printing equipment, and implementing environmentally friendly practices and waste reduction techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented attitude. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute printing projects from start to finish.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges, including corrupt files, and perform minor file edits or typesetting as needed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment; coordinate service requests when required.
  • Implement environmentally friendly practices and waste reduction techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in print production or related roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation and Benefits:$20-$26 per hour
