Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Irvine, CA. This temporary to hire position offers a competitive salary of $22-24 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager and assist with various tasks such as providing administrative support, maintaining office supplies, conducting inventory, ordering materials, setting up events, and answering phones. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Irvine office, including maintaining office supplies and conducting inventory.
  • Coordinating logistics for company events, training, and meetings.
  • Assisting with various office projects and initiatives.
  • Filing, auditing, copying, and word processing documents.
  • Inventorying and tracking office supplies, including kitchen and marketing materials.
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Cleaning and stocking the kitchen and supply room.
  • Running errands, including purchasing supplies and picking up lunches.
