The Information Technology department presents an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Senior Epic Systems Analyst. This role involves overseeing and guiding the Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts within the team. The Senior Epic Systems Analyst is responsible for initiating the implementation, construction, and modification of the application, while collaborating with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to enhance the application's configuration, functionality, and accessibility.

  • Acts as the primary support contact for application end-users.
  • Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
  • Oversees all phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design.
  • Analyzes information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts on workflow.
  • Identifies issues and guides the resolution process.
  • Assists junior staff in evaluating and resolving service tickets, implementing application changes, retrieving requested data, and executing daily operations.
  • Collaborates with trainers on application modifications and new features to develop documentation and training strategies.
  • Works with stakeholders and end-users to ensure the application aligns with business and clinical needs.
  • Participates in on-call rotations and engages in relevant committees.
  • Maintains regular communication with team members, including participation in weekly project meetings.
  • Reviews project statuses and issues continuously with leadership.
  • Remains knowledgeable about organizational policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and safeguards organizational assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty or field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:

  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve a variety of issues.
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.

Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered.
