The Information Technology department presents an exceptional opportunity for a Full-Time Senior Epic Solutions Analyst. This role involves overseeing and guiding Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts within the team. The Senior Analyst is responsible for initiating the implementation, development, and modification of the application, while collaborating with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to enhance the application's configuration, functionality, and accessibility.

  • Acts as the primary support contact for application end-users.
  • Leads the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
  • Manages all phases of testing and documentation of workflow design.
  • Analyzes information technology in clinical work processes and assesses impacts on workflow.
  • Identifies issues and directs efforts to resolve them.
  • Assists junior staff in evaluating and resolving service tickets, implementing application changes, retrieving requested data, and executing daily operations.
  • Collaborates with trainers on application updates and new features to create documentation and training strategies.
  • Engages with stakeholders, the business community, and end-users to ensure the application aligns with business and clinical needs.
  • Participates in on-call rotations and contributes to relevant committees.
  • Maintains regular communication with team members, including participation in weekly project meetings.
  • Continuously reviews project statuses and issues with leadership.
  • Stays informed about organizational policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and safeguards organizational assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty or field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:

  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Capacity to recognize, analyze, and resolve various problems.
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.

Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered.
