Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is in search of a skilled and proactive Agile Program Coordinator to contribute to the Army Data and Analytics Platform contract. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in assisting the Army with comprehensive program and product management, as well as facilitating financial, technical, and business transformation initiatives.

The Agile Program Coordinator will support the Agile Release Trains (ART) in delivering value while mitigating risks associated with our clients' environments. This position is crucial in facilitating and enhancing the Program Increment (PI) Planning process and ensuring the Agile Release Train (ART) operates effectively throughout its lifecycle. The Coordinator will act as an experienced coach in the scaled agile framework (SAFe), managing issues, risks, and timelines while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance the flow of value through the Agile Release Train and Solution Train utilizing various tools, including Program and Solution Kanbans.
  • Establish and disseminate the annual schedules for Iterations and Planning Intervals (PIs).
  • Facilitate PI Planning sessions, retrospectives, System/Solution Demos, and ART syncs within a multi-contractor federal portfolio.
  • Coach executive leadership, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile methodologies, clarifying roles and responsibilities while providing motivation and support as needed.
  • Identify and escalate impediments while tracking their resolution.
  • Encourage collaboration, negotiation, and mediation in accordance with SAFe Agile principles.
  • Foster constructive relationships with Product Owners/managers, Development teams, Stakeholders, and Sponsors.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops; evaluate the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and assist in their enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of ten (10+) years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain enduring customer relationships, external stakeholder networks, and collaborative partnerships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
Required Education:

Bachelor's degree is required.

Clearance:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Secret Clearance is required.
