Position Overview

Salary: $20-$25/hour

Candela Systems, a dynamic electrical contracting company focused on energy efficiency, is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Admin. This position is essential in providing comprehensive support to our executive team and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the President: Coordinating bids, managing the calendar, arranging travel, and overseeing the renewal of electrical licenses and company business licenses.
  • Assisting the Vice President: Handling basic HR tasks, preparing for interviews, managing personnel files, and coordinating company training sessions.
  • Working with the Finance Manager: Printing and collecting employee timesheets, filing invoices, and potentially entering data into the accounting system.
  • Collaborating with the Project Management Team: Organizing project documentation, ordering necessary permits, and arranging travel for project-related activities.
Additional Duties

In addition to supporting our leadership team, the Office Admin will oversee general office functions, including:

  • Ordering and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure all office technology operates smoothly.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Possess proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and One Drive.
  • Are bilingual in Spanish, which is a plus.
