Candela Systems, a dynamic electrical contracting company focused on energy efficiency, is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Admin. This position requires an in-office presence where you will provide essential support to the company's key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support for the President: Manage bid coordination, organize the calendar, arrange travel logistics, and oversee the renewal of electrical licenses and company business licenses.
- Assistance to the Vice President: Handle basic HR tasks including preparing for interviews, managing new hire documentation, and coordinating company training sessions.
- Collaboration with the Finance Manager: Assist in printing and collecting employee timesheets, filing invoices, and potentially entering data into the accounting system.
- Project Team Support: Organize both electronic and physical project files, procure necessary permits, and arrange travel for project-related activities.
In addition to supporting the executive team, you will oversee general office operations, including:
- Ordering and managing office supplies.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure the functionality of office technology.
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided, and there are opportunities for career advancement.
