The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Technical Services division in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share knowledge with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in K-12 strongly desired
  • Experience in school finance and funding mechanisms preferred, with ability to gain meetings with school district executive leadership
  • Bond planning experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience required
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers required
  • Knowledge of financial acumen required
  • A deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
