We're seeking a Sr Director or VP of Pricing Center of Excellence to lead and inspire a new pricing and monetization team. In this role, you'll drive revenue generation and subscription growth initiatives by optimizing pricing and profitability across our global product and services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies considering geo- and segment-specific considerations to optimize revenue, channel satisfaction, and balance profitability.
  • Evaluate different monetization models, such as usage and outcome-based subscription plans and flexible enterprise agreements.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to track pricing performance and inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to develop product packages, pricing levels, promotions, and discounts by market and segment.
  • Review and approve pricing frameworks and tools to streamline pricing decision-making processes.
  • Oversee pricing experiments to evaluate pricing hypotheses and different model mechanics.
  • Work closely with Finance teams to ensure pricing and revenue strategies align with financial goals and targets.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing strategies to identify trends.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies across multiple product lines or services, with a significant portion of time spent in people management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Advanced degree in Data Science or similar qualification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing data, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and pricing benchmarking.
  • Deep understanding of multiple monetization models, such as subscription-based, transactional, freemium, or hybrid models.
