Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pricing and Revenue Strategy to join our Pricing Strategy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing and revenue strategy, preferably in a SaaS or software industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and business operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM technology and sales operations
