Your Role: As a Client Registration Coordinator at Aspire Health Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at enhancing client experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Management: Handle scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments, including insurance verification and benefits review.
  • Financial Assessment: Conduct insurance screenings, collect deductibles, copays, and coinsurance, and provide financial consultations to clients.
  • Documentation Collection: Identify and gather necessary financial documents to meet eligibility criteria, preparing fee estimates for comprehensive care.
  • Payment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop suitable payment plans and identify funding sources.
  • Financial Monitoring: Regularly update financial records and ensure compliance with financial agreements.
  • Authorization Management: Complete initial and ongoing authorizations, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Client File Maintenance: Ensure accurate establishment and maintenance of client files within the system.
  • Reporting: Maintain an organized calendar and tracking system for financial updates and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams and program staff to address any financial discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the dynamic needs of the program department, demonstrating a willingness to work across various locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Medical Assistant or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant training in insurance processes, data entry, and financial management.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and billing requirements, including CPT and HCPCS codes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and staff, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Must possess a Level II Background clearance.
